We aim to provide clear and fair conditions for all customers.
📦 Digital Products (PDF / Training Plans)
All digital products are non-refundable once delivered, due to their instant and accessible nature.
However, if there is any issue with the file (error, missing content, or wrong version), we will correct or resend the file at no extra cost.
📄 Printed Materials / Physical Items
For printed programs or physical documents delivered in Morocco:
- Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Proof (photo/video) may be required for verification
⚠️ Important Notes
- We do not accept returns for change of mind
- Items must be reported immediately after receiving them
- Approved returns may be replaced or corrected, not necessarily refunded
